Maniatakos Photography (hereinafter "we" or "the photographer"), based at Evangelistrias 68, Sparta, Greece, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you provide when visiting our website or contacting us.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Greek law.

  • Communicating to organise a photoshoot (legal basis: performance of a contract).

Contact data is retained for no longer than 3 years. Technical data collected automatically by the server is retained for 90 days.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Data may only be shared with:

  • Hosting providers (e.g. Vercel) under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR.
  • Law enforcement authorities, where required by applicable law.
